Being able to see when a new prop gets released is very crucial to locking in an early bet before the line goes up or down. The sportsbooks sometimes aren't aware of a newly released line that is either too high or too low which is why they bump or drop it so quickly as seen in the image below. Our goal is to capitalize off this and take the bet right after it releases (only if the stats and matchup look good as well) before the sportsbooks change it.
The image above shows that if you saw the line release right at 2:23 PM and the stats/matchup looked like it was leaning towards going under, you should take it since it dropped by 13 and you would have gotten lots of value with a higher chance of hitting. Whereas if you saw the line movement at 2:56 PM you would not take this bet at all since it not only dropped a lot, but can be unpredictable and lower value.
